In the district of Porto Cristo Novo, outside the resort Porto Cristo, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 300 m from the sea. For shared use: barbecue. Private: property (fenced), garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant, sandy beach 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 300 m, riding stable 1 km. Please note: car recommended.
