Our view on Vila do Bispo

Vila do Bispo is a small, traditional village and not designed for mass tourism. Younger families may enjoy visiting for a day-trip but the slower pace may well be better suited to couples and more mature visitors who want to be on the coast but not in the heart of the action. Away from your holiday villa, you can enjoy the architecture, refurbished palaces and estates as well as the Roman ruins and aclimatise yourself to the real pace of Portugal, whiling away the hours outside one of the cafes or restaurants in the heat of the Algarve sun.
