Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Small, open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, freezer). Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace 16 m2, roofed, large terrace 80 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site.

Nearby attractions: Cala delle Alghe 250 m, Rio Marina 8 km, Portoferraio 30 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
