Kitchenette (oven, 4 gas rings). Shower/bidet/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace 100 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea and Giglio. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smokers only. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site.

Public parking 25 m on the road. Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, ferry "Rio Marina" 3 km, sandy beach 3 km pebble beach "(narrow footpaths)" 1 km. Sailing school 3 km, tennis 3 km.
