Open kitchen (3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with fan. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: gallery with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
