Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Small terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Small house "Le Céteau". In the centre of Saint-Pierre d'Oléron, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: courtyard. Shop 300 m, grocery 300 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 500 m, bakery, sandy beach "Matha" 4 km. Sports harbour 3 km, cycle lane 100 m. Nearby attractions: Musée de l'Ile d'Oléron 500 m, Phare de Chassiron 15 km, Cité de l'Huître (Marennes) 24 km, Rochefort 45 km, Fort Boyard. Please note: entertainment in the season.
