Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra) with hatch. Bath/bidet/WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed, fenced) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. For shared use: swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 85 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, roofed, parking at the house. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar, café 100 m, bus stop 150 m. Sports harbour 1.2 km. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
