Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (90 cm, length 200 cm), dining nook and cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Small kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Shower/WC. Balcony 9 m2. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. The kitchen was renovated in March 2018. Zell am See: Cosy apartment block "Holiday", 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre, in a sunny position on a slope, 50 m from the skiing area, south facing position. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, single garage at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 300 m, railway station "Zell am See" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Gondola lift 50 m, skisport facilities 300 m, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
