Over the years, Toscolano has merged with it's neighbour Maderno and together, they provide a large selection of beachside cafes, bars and restaurants to explore. With the largest sandy beach on the western shore, Toscolano is popular with families who don't want to spend all their time sight seeing.
Toscolano - Maderno is also very popular for sailing and windsurfing and there are several places where you can rent sail boats and tour the lake.
