Its sandy dark golden beach stretches for 600 metres and has mostly calm water and gentle waves making it ideal for families. Situated between the lively resort of Playa del Ingles and the quieter Bahia Feliz, San Agustin is a mixture of both. With stunning coastal walks and a lively promenade filled with many restaurants, bars and live music. The beaches facilities are excellent, loungers and parasols are available to rent along with other services such as showers and lifeguards.
The evening entertainment can be as relaxed or as lively as you want it to be. In town, there is a wide selection of bars and alfresco dining at one of the many restaurants. For pubs and late night dancing, head to the very lively Playa del Inglés next to Maspalomas. Nothing really gets going much before midnight with the bars typically staying open until 2am and the nightclubs at 6am. It is also a good place for shopping with Indian styled bazaars and large shopping malls.
