Holidays in Plouescat - a wonderful seaside resort in the Finistère region of Brittany with 30 kms of coastline along La Côte des Sables (Sand Coast) that stretches from Santec to Plouescat.
It is made up of quiet white powdery sandy beaches, blue-emerald crystal clear waters and strings of sand dunes. These wild dunes are the largest in Brittany running for over 5 km, and spanning a width of 500 to 1000 metres, which are interspersed with little lagoon-like creeks. Piles of granite rocks are scattered along the beaches against the background of the turquoise water that is so particular to the Côte des Sables. It is the perfect destination for marine wildlife and magnificent hiking.
