Eygalières is one of the prettiest villages in the Alpilles range in the fantastic Provence countryside located only 10km north of the well known Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. The village is centred around a rocky outcrop and ruins of the ancient castle and church. Since then, several churches have been built with beautiful gardens making this a really interesting place to visit and explore.
Athough this is a fairly small village, there are several restaurants and cafés and it is beautiful making it a lovely place to spend time and relax while enjoying the local cuisine and of course the wide selection of very good local wines! Fridays are great fun with the colours and bustle of the Provencal market taking place. There are a whole host of reasons to buy or rent a villa or apartmentin Eygalières, not least the relaxed ambiance, pretty architecture and incredible history and culture.

Our view on Eygalières holidays
Eygalières is not where you go for a lively nightlife and young scene however if you are after a more refined place with stunning backdrops and great local food and wine then you will be hardpressed to find a nicer little village.
