From the house you can enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding countryside where vineyards and olive groves alternate. Careful restoration has returned the house to its ancient charm. Central position with respect to the Chianti area and the art cities of Siena and Florence.
Within the estate there are alternating vineyards, olive groves and wheat fields, protected by woods and scrub. 5 km from Castellina in Chianti (food shops, tennis), 15 km from Poggibonsi (all kinds of shops), 20 km from Siena and San Gimignano, 50 km from Florence. Tennis 15 km, riding stables 15 km.
The house is characterized by a garden and outdoor areas equipped with portable barbecue, equipped loggia and closed "L" shaped swimming pool measuring 12 x 8 m.

Security deposit: 150 euro at arrival and return and the departure assuming any damage
