Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment and common areas of the condominium.

Located just 5 minutes from the center of Albufeira and with easy access to enter or leave the city. The building has 3 floors, with 3 apartments per floor. Wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. Despite being in the city, the area is very quiet.
We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:
• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm: 45 euros
• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros
• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros
Rental services:
• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay
• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay
Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.
A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.

Nous aimons accueillir nos hôtes. Nos arrivées se font à partir de 16h00, et pour les arrivées tardives un supplément est demandé et à régler sur place :
• De 19h à 22h : 25 euros | A partir de 22h: 45 euros
• Arrivées avant 16h et sous réserve de disponibilité : 25 euros
• Départs « tardifs » et selon disponibilités : jusqu'à 14h : 25 euros - jusqu'à 18h : 50 euros
Prestations de location :
• Lit bébé : 12 euros/uni/séjour et chaise bébé : 7 euros/uni/séjour
• Serviettes de plage : 6 euros par serviette/séjour.
Les services non inclus peuvent avoir un coût supplémentaire compris entre 30 et 150 euros tels que :
