Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 wall-trunk bed. Kitchenette (4 hot plates). Shower/bidet/WC. Patio 10 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine. The accommodation does not have air conditioning.

Near the center of Porto Azzurro, the house is situated in a residential street that ensures tranquility and privacy. Terraced house "Casina". In the resort Porto Azzurro, in a quiet position, 500 m from the sea. Parking at the house. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, pedestrian zone 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Barbarossa" 800 m. Golf course 10 km, riding stable 3 km. Less than 10 minutes walk you reach the 'Barbarossa' beach or the promenade of Portoazzurro where there are unique and quaint shops and restaurants.
