Kitchenette (oven, 4 gas rings, microwave). Shower/WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Balcony or terrace. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair (extra), hair dryer. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.

Small residence "Gallura", 2 storeys. 4 houses in the residence. 20 apartments in the residence. 500 m from the centre of San Teodoro, 28 km from the centre of Olbia, in a central position, 1.5 km from the sea. For shared use: barbecue. In the complex: reception, bicycle rental. Parking at the house. Shop, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 400 m, ferry "Olbia" 29 km, sandy beach "La Cinta" 2 km. The photo is just an example.
