Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Shower/WC. Gas heating, air-conditioning (extra). Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Deck chairs (4). Facilities: mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (fenced 2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.
