Kitchenette (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). 2 showers/bidet/WC. Heating (extra). Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi, free). Beds made up on arrival.

Cosy, comfortable villa "Simonetta", detached. On the outskirts, 1.1 km from the centre of Forte dei Marmi, in the residential district, 1.1 km from the sea, 1.1 km from the beach. Private: well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden, pond. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, burglar alarm system, washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot (01.Nov. - 15.Apr.), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Linen change weekly. Room cleaning 2 times per week (included). Cook on request. Parking on the premises.
