3-room terraced house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and beautiful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table, kitchen corner and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (Gas stove, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 small room with 2 sleeping facilities. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Balcony, terrace roofed, small garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot. Reserved parking (1 car) at the house. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included.
