3-room terraced house 85 m2 on 3 levels. Practical and stylish furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 sofabeds and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (Gas stove, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/shower/WC. Heating, air-conditioning. 2 balconies, terrace roofed, small garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, safe, children's high chair, baby cot. Reserved parking (1 car), garage on the property (1 car) at the house, height 250 cm. 1 pet/ dog allowed. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included.

In the district of Spiaggia 1.1 km from the centre of Bibione-Spiaggia, 13 km from the centre of Lignano, 100 km from the centre of Venezia, 1.5 km from the sea. For shared use: property with lawn and plants, swimming pool (20 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Children's pool. In the house: bicycle rental. Linen change 2 times per week (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning 2 times per week on request (extra).
