Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. No heating option. Terrace 16 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture. View of the sea. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

2-family house "Filip". 6 km from the centre of Rab, 400 m from the centre of Kampor, 18 km from the centre of Lopar, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. For shared use: property 1'200 m2 with lawn. Barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 400 m, supermarket 4.5 km, ferry 16 km, sandy beach 400 m. Marina 6 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
