Single-family house "Oscha", 2 storeys. 3 km from the centre of Lovran, on the outskirts, 800 m from the centre of Medveja, 5 km from the centre of Opatija, in a secluded position, 800 m from the sea, from the beach. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 02.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue.
