Barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Single-family house "Fortica". In the hamlet Županići 6 km from the centre of Labin, 12 km from the centre of Rabac, 12 km from the sea. Private: property 5'000 m2 with trees, meadow, swimming pool (above ground) (5 x 2 m, 16 m2, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 18.May. - 08.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture. In the house: internet access. Motor access to the house (800 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 6 km, pebble beach 12 km. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Animals in the neighbourhood.
