Upper floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed. Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 20 m2 partly roofed terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, box-room. Facilities: iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. Box-room accessible only from the outside.

Semi-detached house "Tijan", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Tomišići 3.5 km from the centre of Žminj, 21 km from the centre of Rovinj, 21 km from the sea. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 14.May. - 24.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises.
