Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Single-family house "Sonja", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Montovani 8 km from the centre of Pićan, 13 km from the centre of Žminj, 27 km from the centre of Rabac, 27 km from the sea. Private: property 1'500 m2 with lawn, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 09.Oct.).
