Open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 60 - 200 cm with rooflight with 1 double sofabed (120 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Floor heating (extra). Terrace 10 m2, terrace 16 m2. Terraced house "Villa Caterina", 2 storeys, renovated in 2022. In the hamlet Fiorini 8 km from the centre of Novigrad, in a sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (15 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, washing machine.
