Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Terrace 20 m2 partly roofed, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
