Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra). Bathroom, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 20 m2, roofed, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking (fenced). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The barbecue is in the rear courtyard of the house, by the kitchen. Sea view from the 1st floor of the villa.
