Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only, no parking. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, no lift. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
