Bath/WC or shower/WC, hydro massage bath with corner bath. Electric heating, air-conditioning. 2 terraces, large. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (4 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. The pool mentioned in the description is for private use. Please note that the adjoining bedroom has a toilet, which can be completely closed without being in the way and opens onto the kitchen and the outside. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
