Terrace 10 m2, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking space n 325. Please note: apartment street side. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
