Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin and bidet. Shower, sep. WC. Large terrace 25 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Plancha. Additionnal shower on the garage. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Saint-Philibert: Inhabited house on the same garden single-family house "Kerarno", 2 storeys. In a quiet position, 50 m from the sea, 1.3 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. Private: garden (fenced) 1'000 m2, parking (for 3 cars). Supermarket 850 m, restaurant, bakery 850 m, café 800 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Men Er Belleg" 1.3 km.
