Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Terrace furniture. View of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (3 cars) at the house. Old, simple country house "Forest", 2 storeys. In the district of Adsubia, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 3'000 m2, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: burglar alarm system. Bumpy, narrow motor access (300 m via unmade road). Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
