Private: garden 2'500 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (4 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2.5 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
