Cosy, comfortable villa "Pins", 2 storeys. 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach, road to cross, direct access to the beach. Private: property, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 2 m, depth 50 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
