Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room 18 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace 20 m2, terrace 90 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking at the house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Please note that the access to the exterior from the ground floor is uneven between 180cm-200cm. HUTG015127

Cau del Llop: First row from the sea single-family house "Villa Cassiopee". 1.5 km from the centre of Llançà, in a quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the sea. Private: garden 450 m2 with trees. Shopping centre 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, pebble beach 250 m. Golf course 17 km, tennis 800 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Direct access to the beach from the house. It is possible to swim 10 m away, from the rocks.
