Private: swimming pool (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Single garage. Restaurant 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€. The min number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy. For a booking of 1 to 8 guests, a min of 4 bedrooms will be available. To have access to the 5th bedroom with a lower occupancy, you must book for the capacity of 9-10 guests.
