Private: property (fenced), swimming pool angular (8 x 3 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Barbecue. In the house: air conditioning. Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
