Guadalmina Baja: Terraced house "Guadalvillas". Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of San Pedro de Alcantara, in a quiet, sunny position, 180 m from the sea. For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Guadalmina Baja" 1 km, sandy beach "Playa de Linda Vista" 180 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
