Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, cooking island). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Air-conditioning. Large terrace 76 m2 partly roofed, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Sep.). Narrow motor access to the house (30 m via unmade road).
