Exit to the terrace. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Large terrace 45 m2 partly roofed, south-west facing position terrace 15 m2 partly roofed, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (8). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
