Private: well-kept garden, swimming pool angular, heated (3 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Shop 500 m, grocery 200 m, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "guagua" 800 m, sandy beach "Flamingo" 2.2 km.
