Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the balcony, to the patio. 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and forced-air heating. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle). Shower/bidet/WC. Heating, forced-air heating. Heating available only from 01.12. to 31.03. Balcony 1 m2, terrace 70 m2 partly roofed, garden 600 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Distant view of the sea and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
