Private: garden with lawn, orchard, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 4 m, depth 110 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, parking at the house. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Access to swimming pool via steps.
